The annual licence is £15 and covers twelve months. The lifetime licence is £45 paid once and does not expire. Both unlock exactly the same software — transmit, the live network, galleries and profiles.

Yes. Anyone can raise a ticket on the Gander Web helpdesk, but licence holders are answered first and the aim is a reply within two working days. You also get your ticket history and any replies in the operator portal. It is one operator rather than a staffed desk, so it is a target rather than a contractual guarantee — but paying does put you at the front of the queue.
