The callsign stamp on your pictures
Every outgoing picture carries a “de YOURCALL” stamp. Choose its corner, colour and size — and know what still identifies you if you turn it off.
Outgoing pictures carry a “de YOURCALL” stamp (with your grid square) so every picture identifies its sender — good practice and, with auto-ID on, guaranteed.
Customising it
Look → Personalise offers three controls:
- Corner — top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right
- Colour — white, black, yellow, cyan or amber
- Size — small, medium, large
A contrast band behind the text flips light/dark automatically so the stamp stays readable over any picture.
Change any of them while a picture is staged and the preview rebuilds immediately — you always see exactly what will go on air.
Turning it off
The decorative overlay can be switched off in the Transmit options. Note that with identify every transmission enabled (the default, and the sensible setting), pictures still carry the callsign — an unidentified transmission isn’t something the app will quietly send.
